Ir Saiful is a Regional Chief Executive of Marine & Offshore, Bureau Veritas Malaysia & Brunei, an independent classification & certification company. With more than 24 year's of experience in marine & oil and gas industry, his experience covered all roles from design engineer (specialised in mooring and floater design), engineering and project management, classification and senior management position. Ir Saiful is a Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC) of Board Engineers Malaysia, a Chartered Engineer with IMAREAST with Bac. Degree in Mechanical Engineer from University of Malaya.

Kristian has 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working in a variety of roles in the organization. He has been involved in developing Yinson's Zero emission FPSO Concept, delivered the FPSO Agogo Carbon Capture facility, and is now a part of the Yinson New Ventures team focusing on the energy transition and CCS value chain.

A proven track record of bridging engineering excellence with strategic market development, driving business growth across the Asia region. Directly, engaged in the transformation of FPSO projects - from manually operated units to those empowered by AI- assisted monitoring and operational systems, and from lightweight topsides to complex structures exceeding 40,000 tons. Currently an active contributor to SBM Offshore's initiatives in promoting sustainable energy transition, championing innovativem low-carbon solutions and clean energy for the future offshore energy.

Ronald (Ron) Chew is now representing KBR, a leading provider of engineering and technology solutions with one goal in mind - to improve the world. Currently he is their business developer within APAC Sales. Prior to this, he had been with offshore owner / operator company - Altera Infrastructure (formerly Teekay Offshore) for almost 5 years having started as their FSO (floating storage & offloading) business development manager for the Asia Pacific region and subsequently the Asia business developer of Carbon Capture & Storage ("Stella Maris" CCS) value chain. He had previously for 5 years, held various business development roles in EPC yards for LNG floating solutions with Wison Offshore & Marine, Keppel Offshore & Marine and has initially started in business development for Keppel Shipyard's newly established design and technology arm, Gas Technology Development (GTD) to focus efforts on floating solutions for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) markets. Before getting into business development / commercial roles, Ronald Chew has 7 years of technical work experiences in FPSO topside processes and subsea flow assurance engineering for the upstream oil and gas industry. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Sydney, Australia.

Throughout his career, Ben has held numerous leadership and management roles in Strategy, Business Development and Sales. Ben is known for his strategic vision, adeptly positioning companies for future opportunities. Passionate about future of offshore, he aims to leverage oil and gas expertise to address global challenges in cleaner energy, food, water, data and space travel in the coming decades.

Sri Ganesh began his career as a Petroleum Engineer with Petronas E&P in 1990, accumulated over 34 years experience, ranging from Reservoir Engineering, Production Systems, and Stakeholder & Reputation Management. Has over 20 years leading various teams delivering FDAP's, Production Allocation Systems, International Sub Surface teams whilst supporting Exploration Business and Business Development in Asset Acquisition and Divestment. Prior to EPOMS, was a General Manager, Petroleum Engineering International, Exploration and Resource Management under PETRONAS Centre of Excellence, Head Sub Surface PETRONAS CARIGALI Vietnam Limited, Senior Manager Stakeholder Management International and member of various strategic initiatives during his time with PETRONAS. Post PETRONAS, Sri Ganesh was the General Manager Corporate Affairs Division at a Government subsidiary, the East Coast Economic Regional Development Council (ECERDC). Graduated in Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering from UITM.
Holds Executive Development Certification from both University of Melbourne and Duke University.

Sunil Ratti is working as the Regional Manager for Boskalis Offshore Energy, based out of Singapore. He has been in the Energy Industry for the last 24 years, the last 14 with Boskalis. Sunil has been involved in an array of offshore development projects both in the oil and gas and renewables industry. Sunil is passionate about the multifaceted features of Offshore Transportation and installation, especially on the engineering and marine operations aspects, having spent most of his career with vessel owners and marine contractors. Prior to working in Boskalis, Sunil was also in Dockwise Shipping, Global Industries, Deepsea (UK). Sunil holds a MBA from Cranfield University, UK and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol, UK. He also recently completed Leadership for Results Certification at INSEAD.

NIK ROSHIDAN ABD RAHMAN

Nik Roshidan is a highly proactive professionals who consistently delivers project with pace, quality, and full compliance with governance standards. He is recognized for his strong project management skills and his ability to ensure that critical project scopes are carefully planned and successfully executed. With a wealth of experience in project execution, Mr. Nik has led numerous offshore facility projects, including FPSOs (Floating Production Storage and Offloading units), FSOs (Floating Storage and Offloading units), and MOPUs (Mobile Offshore Production Units). He has also been instrumental in delivering integrated fixed structures, subsea pipelines, and onshore terminal developments. His broad technical expertise, combined with a focus on quality and timely delivery, has earned him a strong reputation in the industry. Mr. Nik's leadership and hands-on approach continue to drive the successful completion of complex offshore and onshore projects.

Kaspar Kvamme (MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management) has 30+ years of oil and gas industry experience within the areas of field development, business development, project engineering, project management, construction and completion management. Kaspar has worked for E&P and contractor industry companies in Norway, Brazil and Singapore. Upon completion of delivery management roles for Yinson Production on the FPSO Anna Nery and the Agogo FPSO projects, Kaspar has taken on a business development remit for Yinson Production out of Singapore.

Suresh has about 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked in a variety of roles for several organisations.
He has been assisting Yinson Production's tendering process and business development efforts for the past ten years. His current focus is on facilitating and promoting the deployment of clean energy technologies. He has represented Yinson Production at several industry events, including the FPSO World Congress 2022 and OTC Asia 2022.

Rakesh Mishra serves as the Regional Offshore Business Director for DNV's Maritime division Southeast Asia, Pacific, Australia, and India. In this role, he leads the Offshore class operations and business development within the region.
With over 25 years of experience in the maritime and offshore industry, Rakesh has held several senior management positions in both shipyards and classification societies. He brings deep expertise in Technical Safety and Project Management, particularly in the execution of mega offshore projects.
